You order a tree for the office the same way as for home: at checkout, tick "Ordering as a company (invoice)" and enter the company name and registration number. We email the invoice, it is paid by bank transfer before delivery, and Santa brings the tree to your office on the day and in the time window you chose.
Our trees stand in homes as well as in offices and public institutions. The companies and institutions we have already delivered to include Swedbank, Riga Zoo, the Latvian Ministry of Finance, RAKUS and Magnetiq Bank, as well as several municipalities.
The whole shop works in English, so international teams in Riga can order without a word of Latvian.
What to have ready
Ordering takes a few minutes. Have this at hand:
- Contact person: the name and phone number of whoever will meet Santa at the office.
- Email: the invoice goes to this address, so the accounts or office manager's email works best.
- Company: tick "Ordering as a company (invoice)" and enter the company name and registration number.
- Address: building, entrance and notes, for example the floor, reception, access rules or where to park.
- Day and time: one of three time windows.

If the tree comes out of an office or events budget, the invoice is the easiest route: it arrives by email together with the order confirmation.
Discount for several trees
If you need a tree for reception, the meeting room and a couple of floors, the discount is applied to every tree in the order automatically:

The discount applies to the trees, not to the stand or the pickup. It is calculated per order, and one order has one delivery address.
Which size suits an office
A typical office with 2.5 to 2.7 m ceilings suits 160-180 cm or 180-200 cm. Remember that the tree, together with the stand and a topper, should stay about 20 to 30 cm below the ceiling. Large halls, atriums and lobbies with high ceilings suit a 300-350 cm tree.

Think about the width too. The Nordmann Premium fir is full, and its lower branches usually spread to about half the tree's height. Measure the spot before you order, so the branches stay clear of doors, walkways and radiators. More tips in how to choose a tree.
A stand, so nobody has to find one
Offices rarely have a tree stand, and nobody wants to hunt for one the day before the party. Add a tree stand for €34.95 and Santa brings the tree already set in it. The stand is made for trees up to 300 cm, holds 4.92 l of water and grips a trunk up to 15.5 cm across. If you choose the tallest tree, call us on +371 20066833 and we will suggest a solution.
Delivery to the office
We deliver every day, weekends included. Deliveries run from 25 November to 5 January. The time windows are 8:00-12:00, 12:00-16:00 and 16:00-22:00. Offices usually pick the morning window, when someone is already in to meet Santa.
The day before delivery we contact your contact person, and Santa calls when he is on his way. He carries the tree to wherever you want it. If the building has no lift, we carry it up to the 5th floor.
Delivery is included in the price in Riga and the surrounding area. In Jūrmala it costs €5 (free from €100), in the special zone €15 and in Bauska €20. On 24 and 31 December delivery costs €30 in every zone. Every place is listed on the delivery zones page.
After the holidays the Grinch takes it away
In January nobody at the office wants to drag a tree down the stairs or into the lift, leaving a trail of needles. Add the Grinch pickup to your order for €5; booked later it costs €15. After the holidays we send a booking form and you pick a day in the first two weeks of January (from 4 January to 17 January). The Grinch puts the tree in a bag, so the needles stay in the bag. A gift for the team
To treat your staff or partners, a gift card can be used to order a tree. It is a present that arrives at their home with Santa.

Can we get an invoice for the company?
Yes. At checkout, tick "Ordering as a company (invoice)", enter the company name and registration number, and choose invoice and bank transfer as the payment. We email the invoice to the address you give.
When does the invoice have to be paid?
Before delivery. If that does not suit you, you can also pay online or in cash to Santa at the door.
Is there a discount for several trees?
Yes. In one order, two trees get 5 % off, three to five trees 8 % and six or more 10 %. It is applied automatically.
Can the trees go to several offices?
